FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has air duct manufactured from polymer film, inhale and exhale chamber, inhale, exhale and release valve, inlet and outlet nipples, means for making connection to patient. Inhale chamber has filtering member with petal-type valve inside and pocket for collecting condensate. Inhale chamber is separated from exhale chamber with movable partition having release valve in its lower part. Distance from the release valve to the outlet nipple is equal to 1/3-1/4 of total length of the exhale chamber. Distance from the release valve to the inlet nipple is equal to 4/5 of total length of the inhale chamber. The exhale chamber communicates with atmosphere through a valve. Distance from the valve to the outlet nipple is equal to 5/6-6/7 of total length of the exhale chamber. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 dwg
