FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has programmed ruler fixed on a rod. The ruler is shaped as truncated cone broad down and narrow at the top. Frontal side of the programmed ruler has recesses and its lateral sides have stepped surface. Each step of one of lateral sides on the programmed ruler determines compression amplitude and the other side steps that of decompression. Compression-decompression parameter control unit movable up and down is put on the programmed ruler rod. The unit has fixable button having spring- loaded protrusion on the back side. An arbitrary shape plate has two rollers for copying programmed ruler parameters parameter and an opening for spring-loaded protrusion of the fixable button to pass through inside of the compression-decompression parameter control unit. The plate is undetachably connected to lever end. The lever has suction unit and fixing member. Its free end is crowned with round handle.
