FIELD: production of bimetallic belts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of common cold rolling hot-rolled steel belt and tombac belt with ratio of yielding strength values of materials 0.74-0.84 and thickness values of materials 0.053-0.06 between upper and lower rolls at deformation degree no less than that determined according to given relation; using cylindrical upper roll and lower roll with recess 0.1 mm along its working portion; performing diffusion annealing at 700-720 C for 1200 min; cold calibration rolling with total reduction 15-20% between shaped rolls with upper roll having convexity 0.1 mm along its working portion and lower cylindrical roll; then performing recrystallization annealing.
