FIELD: shipbuilding; designing and building ships of various purpose. SUBSTANCE: plant includes hermetic streamlined casing with electric motor and propeller which is turnable in horizontal plane. Drive electric motor is birotatory with stator connected with propeller shaft and rotor connected with counter-propeller rotating in opposite directions. Shaft of counter-propeller is mounted inside hollow shaft of propeller. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and handiness and maneuverability at minimum power requirements. 1 dwg
