SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the composition of fibrin tissue adhesive containing thrombin, fibrinogen and factor XIII, moreover, thrombin and fibrinogen with factor XIII is represented as mixture in the form of friable hard granules at particles size being 20-1000 mcm. These granules may have a multi-layer structure consisting of a nucleus out of sugar, fibrinogen layer and external thrombin layer. In accordance with the present innovation it has been suggested to disperse protein solutions as fibrinogen, thrombin and factor XIII and dry in apparatus with pseudoliquefied layer, moreover, maximal temperature of the product should not exceed 50 C. The composition of fibrin tissue adhesive is simple for application, measurement and handling and enables to keep it for prolonged period of time.
