FIELD: mechanical engineering; telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers. SUBSTANCE: shock absorber is furnished in addition to main valve built in rod main piston, an additional valve (hydraulic buffer) built into rod additional piston. Sealing ring in shock absorber with additional valve is installed with clearances in ring groove of additional piston and has outer diameter in free state smaller than that of main cylinder and greater than that of additional cylinder. Sealing ring is resilient and split and due to it passing of liquid through indicated cut during working stroke is provided. At reverse stroke, liquid flow is directed through radial holes connecting circular groove of piston with groove. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced overall dimensions, improved reliability and increased service life. 2 cl, 3 dwg
