FIELD: stomatology; otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: device has air duct of diameter d1 and two filaments positioned in insulating casing. One filament is protected by bottle against direct effect of air flow. Bottle protecting the other filament is provided with hole of diameter d2 which serves as nozzle for air supply to filament. Second hole in this bottle of diameter d3 is designed for free removal of air passing though outlet hole. Filaments are part of bridge circuit one pair of arms of which is supplied with stabilized voltage, and signal from other pair of arms is supplied to differential amplifier connected to recorder. When measuring the air flow rate, diameter relation d1~ d2~ d3 is selected, and when measuring the air pressure, relations d1≫ d2 and d2< d3 are selected.
