FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming draining canal by cutting tissues layer-by-layer. Anterior abdominal wall incision is carried out between the xiphoid process edge and belly of left musculus rectus abdominis. Then access is continued through sternocostal triangle of the diaphragm muscle and the cardiosternal sinus of the anterior mediastinum. The diaphragm and diaphragm portion of the pericardial are separated into layers in the direction of esophagus down to the posterior mediastinum. Draining tube is introduced and fixed on the skin. EFFECT: excluded pus congestion; provided visual control in forming draining canal. 3 dwg
