FIELD: medical devices, in particular, detection of voice pathology in dental practice. SUBSTANCE: device has microphone acoustic signal transducers 1 and 2 for nose and mouth. Said transducers are split by mask both acoustically and by design. Output of each transducer is connected to corresponding inputs of two identical information processing channels 1 and 2, which have sound-frequency electric signal amplifiers 3 and 4, which inputs are connected to outputs of transducers and output are connected to inputs of square detectors 5 and 6, which outputs are connected to inputs of low-pass filters 7 and 8. Output of detector 5 is also connected to second adding input of low-pass filter 8. Outputs of low-pass filters are connected to inputs of corresponding logarithm calculation units 9 and 10, which outputs are connected to inputs of commutator 11, which outputs are connected to inputs of subtraction circuit 12, which output is connected to measuring instrument 16 as well as to input of indication unit 13, 14, 15. EFFECT: increased dynamic range, increased precision of nasal characteristics detection for separate sounds in real time, possibility to detect differential nasal characteristics separately for each nasal channel and general rate, increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
