FIELD: instrument engineering; medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has transducer of nasal pressure intensity to electric signal, low-frequency amplifier, threshold device, controlled multivibrator, power amplifier and indicator connected in series. Device operates as follows. When pronouncing phonetic series, pressure in nasal cavity is converted to electric signals by means of nasal pressure transducer and applied to low-frequency amplifier. If there is no speech nasality sound pressure exerted on transducer is insignificant. In this case, amplifier output signal is weak, and it is not sufficient for opening of multivibrator transistor, light-emitting diode is dark, and loudspeaker is silent. If there is speech nasality sound pressure on transducer rises, electric signal from transducer is amplified, and voltage at output of low-frequency amplifier is sufficient for threshold device operation. Controlled multivibrator is triggered. It generates oscillations amplified by power amplifier. These oscillations make light-emitting diode glow and indicator loudspeaker buzz, which testifies to presence of speech nasality. EFFECT: effective removal of speech nasality. 1 dwg
