FIELD: traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: operating part of device is made as plate provided with limiter. It is of isosceles triangle form with sharpened sides. Furrowed hollow which serves as guide for sliding over needle is made on triangle surface along height of the latter. Handle has bayonet-like bend and moving coupling of limiter which is connected to coupling by means of spring-loaded tie-rod and arranged on operating part for displacement and fixation. Prior to passing the needle, limiter is set so that width of operating part cutting edges corresponds to size of thrust plate passed through soft tissues. EFFECT: reduced traumaticity. 2 dwg
