FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: implant is produced from hydrogel material based on bound copolymer having 77.5-84.0% of hydroxyethyl metacrylate, 15.0- 22.0 % of acryl amide and 0.5-1,0% of tridecaethylene glycol dimetacrylate with 75-85% water contents. The implant has spheric shape of 15-22 mm diameter. It has optionally 0.02-0.2% of antibiotic and 0.01- 0.1% of corticosteroid. The implant is to be applied in forming locomotor stump in ophthalmology. EFFECT: high biocompatibility; stable fixation in orbital tissues. 2 cl, 2 dwg
