FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of obtaining biospecific hydrogel sorbent for separation of proteinases. Sorbent is obtained by radical polymerisation under action of redix catalyst at room temperature. Water solution containing acrylamide, ovomucoid from the white of duck eggs, acylated with acrylic acid chloride, cross-linking agent, modifying additive and bicarbonate buffer is subjected to polymerisation. Formed hydrogel is crushed and washed with bicarbonate buffer. Mixture, consisting of 45-65 wt % of ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate and 55-35 wt % of tridecaethyleneglycol dimethacrylate is used as cross-linking agent. Water-soluble polymer is taken as modifying additive.

EFFECT: increase of sorbent capacity to 2,27 mg of enzyme per 1 mg of immobilised ovomucoid and increase of sorption rate.
