SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and represents a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of a respiratory, inflammatory or obstructive disease of the respiratory tract, containing R(+) budesonide and one or more beta2-agonists, selected from albuterol, levoalbuterol, terbutaline, pirbuterol, procaterol, metaproterenol, fenoterol, bitolterol, mesylate, ritodrine, arformoterol, carmoterol, bambuterol, clenbuterol, indacaterol, milveterol, vilanterol or olodanterol, and optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
EFFECT: introduction of the claimed combination one time per day and reduction of side effects in the treatment of respiratory, inflammatory or obstructive diseases of the respiratory tract are provided.
