SUBSTANCE: wire of pure metals (Al, Cu, W, Mo, Ni, Fe, Co, Pt, In and Ag, etc) or various alloys are continuously fed with the help of rolls to gap between electrodes and to tight chamber which is preliminarily evacuated and filled with nitrogen.
