FIELD: plastic working of materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding material to obtain particles and/or filaments; drying, glueing and forming to obtain mat; pressing to obtain ready panel. At the first stage, formed mat is steam heated and pressed to obtain panel in at least partially hardened state having homogeneous density. At the second stage, surface panel layers are pressed to provide higher density and hardened in calibration zone to obtain ready panel.
