FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes 2- amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene derivatives of formula I: R1 and R2 wherein OY′ and Y′ are the same or different and are hydrogen or acyl of ethylcarbamic acid; R3 is hydrogen or alkyl; R4 and R5 are the same or different and are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; m is 1-2 n is 3-7, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Pharmaceutical composition comprising, as active ingredient, compound I has cardiovascular activity. Compounds I are dopaminoergic receptor agonists which are also active when administered orally. They have prolonged activity due to which fact they are useful for treating cardiovascular diseases. EFFECT: improved properties of the pharmaceutical composition. 2 cl, 11 ex, 2 tbl. v
