FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amidines of formula (I) 
and to their derivatives, methods for making thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing amidines of formula (I). According to said invention, amidines are applicable for inhibition of IL-8 induced chemotactic factor, and can be applied to produce medicine agents for treating psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, melanoma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bullous pemphigoid, rheumatoid arthritis, idiopathic fibrosis, glomerulonephritis and for preventing and treating injuries caused by ischemia and reperfusion.
EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness.
