FIELD: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, more particularly, medicine. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes novel N-(hetero) aryl-N-(hetero)-tetralinealkyl piperazines having serotoninergic, dopaminergic and adrenergic activities of general formula I: 
wherein Ar1 is phenyl or thienyl condensed with 5 or 6-membered carbocyclic ring; R1 and R2 are independently H or C1-5 alkoxy; Ar2- is phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by methoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, or pyridyl; 
is selected from 
wherein n is 1 or 2; m is 2 or 3, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The claimed methods make it possible to prepare the desired product derived from compound of formula (I):
