FIELD: chemical industry, particularly bonding of substrates or surfaces of various materials. SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition comprises (wt %): 38-75 Diels-Alder reaction addition product of perhalogenated cyclic diene with conjugated double bonds and olefinically unsaturated dienophile having 50 wt % vinyl; 1-15 vulcanizing agent; 1-60 magnesium or zinc oxide; 1-15 aromatic hydroxy compound; 1-15 formaldehyde donor; 1-15 phenolic polymer; 0.1-15 unsaturated elastomeric quinone derivative cross-linking agent activated by heating. Perhologenated cyclic diene with conjugated bonds is selected from group consisting of hexachlorocyclopentadiene, hexafluorocyclopentadiene, hexabromocyclopentadiene,5,5- difluorotetrachlorocyclopentadiene and 5,5- dibromotetrachlorocyclopentadiene. Dienophile is polymeric material selected from group consisting of polyalkadiene, polyalkadiene having end hydroxy group, polyalkadiene having extended chain with end hydroxy group, polyalkadiene having end mercaptane group polyalkadiene having extended chain with end mercaptane group, polyalkadiene having end amine group, polyalkadiene having extended chain with end amine group, and equivalent thereof. Diels-Alder addition product containing 26-35 wt % halogen and 88-98 wt % vinyl. Phenolic resin is phenol-formaldehyde condensation product. Aromatic hydroxy compound is selected from group consisting of resorcinol, phenol, n-tert- butylphenol, p-phenylphenol, p-chlorophenol, p- alkoxyphenol, o-cresol, o-phenol, m-bromophenol, 2- ethylphenol, amylphenol, nonylphenol, hydroquinone, pyrogallol and gallates. Formaldehyde donor of the claimed composition includes formaldehyde, formalin, acetaldehyde, propionoldehyde, 2-ethylhexaldehyde, benzaldehyde, trioxane, furfurol, hexamethylene tetramine and acetal. Vulcanizing agent includes selenium, sulfur or tellurium, and the claimed composition further comprises dusty SiO2 and carbon black in amount of 1-3 wt %. The claimed compositions are used as one-layer system which meets requirements for die casting process. Adhesive compound is capable of withstanding effects of high-temperature liquids (ethylene glycol/water) and corrosion-inducing agents (saline mist). EFFECT: improved properties of the adhesive composition. 13 cl, 1 tbl
