SUBSTANCE: present invention describes organic thermovulcanizable organic elastomer such as natural rubber, polyisoprene, polybutadiene, poly(styrenebutadiene), polychloroprene, acrylontrile- butadiene copolymer rubber, ethylene-propylene copolymeric rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene copolymeric rubber and mixture thereof, and polyorganosiloxane of formula: wherein R is identical or different, and is straight or branched, cyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon radical which is substituted or unsubstituted and contains from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and m or n is zero, and sum (m+n) is integer from about 2 to 2000, polyorganosiloxane and compatibility agent (elastomer) and organosilicon compounds make it possible to attain shock-absorbing parameters of composition within wide range of temperatures from -55 C to +125 C.
