Located in hole 2 is flexible two-stage rod 3 with adapter taper section between stages equidistant relative to taper section of body 1. Outer diameter of larger stage of rod 3 is equal to or more than diameter of hole of larger stage of body 1. Diameter of lesser stage of rod 3 is selected from relationship , where dk is diameter of hole of lesser stage of body; d is outer diameter of moulded bush; h is distance between end faces of moulded bushes 4 and 5; Co is axial stiffness of shock absorber and P is axial load. As axial static load increases, stage of lesser diameter of rod 3 becomes barrel-shaped in form, thus taking up clearance Δ.. At any point of trajectory, natural axial frequency of shock absorber is higher than frequency of natural longitudinal vibrations of rocket casing by times at constant radial natural frequency of shock absorber.
