FIELD: equipment and technology for producing isotopes from fissionable materials. SUBSTANCE: container has double-walled body with end caps, annular gas vessels, and target in the form of set of balls radially arranged in ordered manner and in many layers in annular clearance of body; annular rows of target balls are tightly packed lengthwise of container active zone. Container may be found useful for producing molybdenum-99 and xenon-133 for modern medical diagnostics. EFFECT: improved efficiency of catching volatile radionuclides and reduced consumption of chemical agents for extracting molybdenum during container splitting. 2 cl, 2 dwg
