FIELD: medicine, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: liposome has two compartments where two different medicinal agents are added. Method involves preparing heterovesicular lipid vesicles obtained by dispersing two aqueous-oily emulsions and containing two hydrophilic biologically active substances of different composition that are placed in different liposome compartments. Method involves preparing two aqueous-oily emulsions each of that has the distinct medicinal preparation, their combining to chimeric emulsion and dispersing to obtain soluble spherulas.
