FIELD: chemical processing of sylvinite ores. SUBSTANCE: method comprises leaching potassium chloride from circulating hot solution, clearing saturation solution, cooling, separating potassium chloride crystals, heating circulating solution and recycling it for leaching. Prior to heating the circulating solution, sample is taken therefrom, analyzed for gold content, and as soon as gold is accumulated to concentration of 10-50 mg/sq.m, the circulating solution is fed into sorption column filled with highly basic anionite, more particularly anionite AB-17 in Cl form. The claimed process makes it possible to recover gold from circulating solutions by sorption on ion-exchange material. EFFECT: more efficient conversion process. 2 cl
