FIELD: refractories industry. SUBSTANCE: refractory compound is intended for manufacturing refractories, both molded and unmolded. Refractory compound includes dust-like corundum waste resulting from abrasive production, and dust from gas cleaning of silicon alloy melting furnaces, the ratio of components being as follows (%): dust-like corundum waste of abrasive production; 3-90 dust from gas cleaning of silicon alloy melting furnaces. EFFECT: wider use of refractory compound, cheaper cost of refractory compound and elimination of crushing and grinding processes.
