SUBSTANCE: composition for special vodka of 40% vol contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: eucalyptus, 0.6-0.8; cubeb, 0.2-0.4; common wormwood, 0.3-0.5; sugar, 24.5-25.5; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The latter consists of rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and natural potable water from Krasnoyarovsky spring with hardness of 0.3 mole. Special vodka "Shakhov" has savory taste and spicy aroma. EFFECT: broadened assortment of special vodkas; higher organoleptical properties.
