FIELD: agriculture and forestry, in particular, moldboard and subsoil tillage of soil combined with fertilizer application, seeding or planting. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has soil tillage unit, fertilizer applicator, planting unit and covering unit, which are mounted in succession on vehicle frame and kinematically connected one with another. Units are positioned on frame by means of box mounted in rear part of girder on horizontal shaft and by rollers positioned on inner side of guiding frame plates. Fertilizer applicator is mounted in vertical guides on inner sides of frame, soil tillage unit - in horizontal guides on front part of frame, seeding or planting unit - in vertical guides of cantilevered parts of frame. Planting unit has reservoir with watering device. Share of seeding or planting unit is composed of two parts spaced in longitudinal direction and provided with seed or tuber pipeline extending between these two parts.
