SUBSTANCE: method of end binding of blood vessel flanges includes binding elements in contact position of corresponding flange formed blood vessels. Adjoining blood vessel flanges are installed with clips equispaced and sequentially with gap in a circle using V-shaped pins looped with lateral ledges and corresponding devices for installation and reinstallation of clips and pins, binding unit, device of blood motion dwell in blood vessel and fixation unit of these devices of blood vessel binding, for example of the patient, the block for flange formation in blood vessel and adjusting bar.

EFFECT: simplified design of corresponding devices; possible end binding of vessels of small diameters; more technological removal of vessel binding elements and more rapid binding process due to simultaneous blood vessel binding processes provided by two operators.
