SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns surgery and can be used for linear incision joint in blood vessels mainly. A method for edge joint of vascular walls mainly involves the use of joint units with an edge contact of the blood vessels and devices. The units are butt-jointed and fixed along a section line; each unit comprises a pad and a lining curved in their lateral surfaces. The pad and lining are fastened by one threaded junction diametrical to the vessel central with using a "П"-cut device. The method implies the use of a device for closing the cut edges of the blood vessel /restrictor/, a pad and lining holder when mounting the joint unit /holder/, a vessel edge reduction device /reduction device/, a thread retainer /retainer/, a pad tightening device to the vascular wall /tightening device/, a setting marker for the "П"-cut device when making two first cuts of the curved incision in the blood vessel and tweezers for moving the vascular edge in the appropriate segments of the device when mounting the joint units.

EFFECT: machine-operated performance of joining the adjacent vascular walls of the linear incision with keeping the joined walls in the same surface, and greater contacting of the edges and acceptable price as a whole.
