FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making end-to-end anastomosis with two-row microsurgery suture applied. The first row is made from two U- shaped muscle-to-muscle microsutures along anterior and posterior tube wall piercing the end surfaces of tubes under connection in and out at points corresponding to 2, 5, 7 and 10 o'clock points. The second suture row has 5-7 interrupted sero-serous microsutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of uterine tube repair operations. 4 dwg
