FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves restoring integrity and passability of uterine tube by connecting its ends with two-rowed micro- sutures. Two U-shaped adapting interrupted sutures are stitched as the first row in conducting atraumatic needle with a thread through adventitial, muscular and submucous layers of the tube and repeating the mentioned actions in reversed order. Interrupted seromuscular sutures are stitched between the U-shaped sutures as the second row. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in achieving juxtaposed uterine tube wall layer adaptation. 2 dwg
