FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming bronchial anastomosis using surgical techniques not catching mucous membrane with thread brought through submucous base. Continuous sutures are applied to membrane part in the cases of circular resection and interrupted sutures are put in on the cartilaginous part. When making wedge-like resection, the anastomosis is created using continuous suture. EFFECT: accelerated healing of bronchial anastomosis. 2 dwg
