FIELD: orthopedics; kinesotherapy. SUBSTANCE: method includes diagnostics of curved vertebral column by means of scoliosiometry, measurement of period values of physical exercise execution by convex (Tconv) and concave (Tconc) sides of curved vertebral column and determination on their basis of relation of period value difference of physical exercise execution by convex and concave sides to average period of exercise execution by convex and concave sides K= with subsequent performance of asymmetric loading so that relation value increases within range of 0.25 to 1.00 due to decrease of smaller period value and increase of larger period of physical exercise execution by difference sides of curved vertebral column.
