Abstract RU 2121419 C1

FIELD: repairing and restoring works. SUBSTANCE: in order to restore turbomachine vane, surface layer of vane is removed, then damaged portions of vane edge are welded in at allowance whose value is selected according to conditions providing as trimmed vane thickness exceeding by 10-30% vane thickness in that zone. Then metal layer is applied onto vane surface by plasma deposition, vane is isothermically calibrated and heat treated for restoring its initial design dimensions of vane profile and strength characteristics of material.
