SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, concerns mechanical conversion of optic glass, technical ceramics, graphitized silicon carbide, synthetic and natural stones. To efficiently convert these materials, tool contains, in specified proportion, weight parts: diene synthetic rubber, 100; organic peroxide, 1-5; diamond powder, 5-80; mineral filler and carbon black, 5-60.
