FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes raising of fluid level and pressure in zone of perforated filter of producing formation by reciprocation of piston driven by power unit installed on wellhead. Piston is made stepped with different diameters over its length. It is suspended on steel rope or cable or pipe string run into well directly to filter interval. Reciprocation of piston results in fluid pulsation with decrease and increase of fluid pressure. The device for embodiment of the claimed method has body mounted on rod. Stepped piston is made in the form of separate members with different diameter and rod-shank. Separate members are connected by rods. Piston separate members, rods and rod-shank have interval hollows and holes. Hollows are separated over length by plugs. Internal hollows are connected with well space through hole.
