SUBSTANCE: invention consists in using glycoproteine Bacillus megaterium H with molecular weight 18 kD as antigen in immunoenzyme assay to reveal antibodies in serum blood of pregnant. Method not only allows formation of risk groups among pregnant but as well predicting development of postnatal pathology in babies.
