METHOD FOR PREDICTING AFFECTED ADAPTATION IN CHILDREN AT EARLY NEONATAL PERIOD Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2247990 C1

FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.

SUBSTANCE: in patient's funic blood one should detect the level of tumor necrosis factor alpha and that of immunoglobulin G2 and at the values of tumor necrosis factor alpha being 22.5-52.0 pg/ml and immunoglobulin G2 being 1.49-2.03 mg/ml on should predict pronounced disorders of adaptation; at the values of tumor necrosis factor alpha being 16.0-20.5 pg/ml and immunoglobulin G2 being 2.30-2.70 mg/ml one should predict moderate disorders of adaptation and at the values of tumor necrosis factor alpha being 14.3-15.9 pg/ml and immunoglobulin G2 being 2.86-3.18 mg/ml one should predict favorable flow of adaptation. The suggested innovation enables to carry out earlier prediction of affected adaptation in babies in neonatal period and prescribe further survey in due time along with adequate preventive treatment.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
