SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, infectious diseases, and concerns a method for predicting the risk of negative results of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Method includes embryo transfer, level of antibody titer of immunoglobulin G to toxoplasma antigen (IgG_TOXO) in the woman's blood serum in units/ml and number of previous unsuccessful IVF attempts (NPUA) are detected. Then, according to the formula, the risk factor (RF) is determined: RF= IgG_TOXO × (NPUA+1). With a RF equal to 7-507, the risk of miscarriage and negative IVF results is considered low, with a RF equal to 508-1647 - medium, respectively, and with a RF of more than 1648 - a high risk of miscarriage and negative IVF results.

EFFECT: method allows predicting the birth of healthy children in women planning an IVF procedure, identifying a decrease in the risk of developing unsuccessful IVF attempts, reducing stress after unsuccessful IVF attempts, a reasonable reduction in the number of IVF attempts, based on the calculation of the risk coefficient of negative results of in vitro fertilization (IVF) by the formula in women planning pregnancy by IVF, infected with toxoplasmosis.
