FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making skin cut along inferoexterior edge of eye orbit being 3-4 cm long. Soft tissues are dissected layer-by-layer to the lower orbit boundary and inferior orbit wall is skeletted to the inferior lid slit. The frontal wall of the maxilla is skeletted to the infraorbital orifice to select vasculonervous fascicle. Its peripheral end is tied with ligature and resection is made. Ligature ends are retained. Vasculonervous fascicle is selected to the inferior lid slit. Incision in entrance to the mouth in the vicinity of superior wisdom tooth is made and needle is introduced into it. Ligature ends are brought through the needle ear, introduced into the entrance of the mouth and placed into the pterygopalatine fossa.
