FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves restoring humerus defect with transplant that is to be placed and fixed with pin at the defect position. The pin penetrates the transplant, medullary cavity of distal fragment of radial bone and is fixed in external fixation apparatus rest member. One end of the transplant is fused to the distal fragment of radial bone and the other one is formed together with the proximal fragment as a kind of monoaxial articulation and the radioulnar symphysis is set to form ankylosis.
