FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating compression on the bone fragments junction until tubular structure bone fragment penetrates into spongious structure bone fragment by 10 mm or more. A canal is formed through fibula, diaphyseal fragment of the tibia creating in this way boundary defect of the cortical layer, through false joint zone, metaphyseal fractured tibia fragment. Bone graft is introduced into the canal. The second canal is formed in the fibula and tibia above the false joint zone in the perpendicular direction to the long axis of the shank. Bone graft is introduced into the canal. Fibula osteotomy is carried out in horizontal plane at the level of the upper boundary of the graft. Fibular proximal fractured fragment is brought close to the tibia using the graft as a guide. EFFECT: improved bone fragments adhesion in the false joint vicinity with segment biomechanical properties retained. 4 dwg
