FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely immunology, and can be used for treating and preventing immunosupressive diseases with chronic inflammatory syndrome. Method involves selecting and prescribing a therapeutic hypoallergenic diet on the basis of clinical manifestations and results of immunoenzymometric analysis of patient's venous blood to detect a spectrum of food sensitization. Individual specific elimination hypoallergenic diet provides for elimination of food allergens from the patient's diet, revealed by results of complex immune allergological examination of patient's venous blood, allowing to determine a complete range of food sensitization to product antigens, including latent food sensibilization, involving the leukocyte migration inhibition reaction, where two phases of leukocyte migration activity are considered, namely a leukocyte migration stimulation reaction and a leukocyte migration inhibition reaction, as well as the presence of precipitate in the supernatant formed by the circulating immune complexes to food antigens. Study is carried out in a sterile box using sterile materials, the results of which form a component composition of the diet by excluding those products on which there is at least one immune reaction from the above methods of complex analysis, followed by correcting said individual diet according to the established scheme. In the first year of treatment - once in 2–3 months, in the second year - once in 6 months, starting from the third year of treatment - once a year throughout the therapeutic cycle lasting up to 10 years, wherein such diet therapy can be combined with standard drug treatment in accordance with severity and duration of disease until remission is achieved without using strong drugs, such as corticosteroids, cytostatics and anti-cytotoxic therapy preparations, having significant side effects with the possibility of achieving a long remission stable and complete withdrawal of the drug therapy with stabilizing clinical, laboratory, endoscopic and immunological parameters of the patient, but not earlier than 3 years later.
EFFECT: using this method enables laboratory immunological methods of individual selection of ingredients of hypoallergenic diet, which significantly reduces the antigen load on the immune system of the patient's body and accordingly reducing the number of specific immune responses, including formation of immune complexes with food antigens, which significantly affects the course of any inflammatory diseases with immune mechanism of pathogenesis.
