Method involves administration of spiropiperidine derivative of rifampycin-S at effective dose where a derivative has imidazole ring containing carbon atoms at positions 3 and 4 of rifampycin ring, carbon atom at position 2 of imidazole ring that is a second carbon atom of piperidine ring and forms so spiropiperidine ring system optionally containing hydrocarbon substitute at nitrogen atom of piperidine.
