Detectors are arranged in pairs in each recording point and are connected to "n" input intermediate storage units. There is at least one microcomputer programmed for polling input intermediate storage units and comparing their data content with data content of its input storage unit at interrupt and possibility of reception of corresponding actual massage if change in data content of input intermediate storage unit, as compared with data content of minicomputer input storage unit, before interrupt is revealed with indication of time of reception of corresponding message by indicated input intermediate storage unit. EFFECT: possibility of recording passage of wheels of high speed train, evaluation of wheel signals from successively interrogated input intermediate storage units and determining change in activation signal content. 8 cl, 3 dwg
