FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises encoding unit and output register, which is connected in series to encoding unit. For interval τ2, input data which enter into encoding unit are encoded into output data and stored in output register. When interval τ2 finishes, output register receives no other data. At the same time, current consumption by this register should not change. Then, encoding unit continues generation of output data until interval τ1 finishes. This ensures impossibility for external observer to judge real duration of generation of encoded output data stored in output register on the basis on current consumption by encoder.
