FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in automotive industry, agricultural, aviation, petrochemical and other industries, where it is necessary to perform rapid analysis of motor oil quality. Opto-electronic device for monitoring quality of engine oil comprises a lighting unit, a image capture, image processing unit, a control circuit of illumination units connected in series with first digital to analog converter and a computer, an electromechanical valve dosing oil from crankcase to control unit electromechanical valve successively coupled to second digital to analog converter and a computer, a stepper motor coupled in series with stepper motor controller, to a third digital to analog converter and a computer, two coils with a tape of filter paper, a lens, a CCD array connected in series with a first analog-to-digital converter, DSP-processors and computers, a thermal sensor coupled in series with amplifier, a second analog-to-digital converter and a computer, a digital display interface connected to external devices.
EFFECT: possibility of continuous automated control, higher accuracy, efficiency and reliability of measurements.
