FIELD: erection of pipe lines used for transportation of aggressive media. SUBSTANCE: prior to welding the ends of pipes, bushes with bores are fitted in them. After welding, sealing paste is fed under pressure to zone of bore through hole in wall of pipe located beyond zone of thermal effect of welding but in zone of bore of bush; feeding the sealing paste is continued till it starts escaping through similar hole at end of other pipe. After testing the pipe excessive pressure, hole are stopped if no leaks are revealed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to enhanced tightness and check of tightness. 4 cl, 1 dwg
