SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger includes identical heat exchanger sections 1 consisting of tube bank enclosed in casing; tubes are connected to common collectors of tube and inter-tube space. Collector chamber of tube medium 2 is provided with hinge joint for turning tubes relative to tube sheet 6 in course of dismantling heat exchanger when cleaning the tubes is required. Heat exchanger sections connected to collector chambers 2 and 3 may form one or several independent loops of media having individual branch pipes for inlet and outlet of media. Tube sheet 6 may be secured in central portion to ring plate of inner cylinder of collector chamber of inter-tube space 3 by means of threaded joints to avoid sagging during operation of heat exchanger and to reduce metal usage. Air escape pipe union may be fitted in upper portion of collector chamber and water drain pipe union may be fitted in their lower portion.
